If you find yourself in Porto, Portugal, and you have a few hours to spare, check out this cooking class that will teach you how to make the countries treasured pastry. My daughter and I had a great time and the best part, they serve wine!

Stargazing, Sunset, and Cava – Tenerife

Tenerife in the Canary Island is a must do! It’s a bit of a trip from the U.S. but well worth it for sun, sand, shopping, beaches, and so much more! My favorite tour was stargazing at Mt. Teide that included dinner and watching the sun go down with a glass of Cava. If you’re lucky, you may see a marriage proposal like we did! Learn why Tenerife is a must see destination.

Tenerife Gastronomy Tour – Tenerife

While in Tenerife, be sure and take a tour up North to see some of the wineries. This tour I loved! Gorgeous views of the sea, vineyards, two wineries and lunch included. The trip was just a few people, which made it intimate and fun. The first stop has great education on volcanic wines, and on the second you get to visit a cellar with hundred year old bottles. I strongly recommend this tour.

things to do in Ireland

Cliffs of Moher in Ireland

Cliffs of Moher Day Trip: A Wild Irish Dream

This was hands-down my favorite day in Ireland! We left Dublin early and watched the landscape transform into rolling green hills, rocky cliffs, and coastal charm. The Cliffs of Moher were breathtaking—but honestly, the surprise stop at Doolin and driving through the Burren made the whole day magical. If you’re visiting Ireland, this tour is a must. Read my Ireland 3 day itineary guide.

Blarney castle

Cork to Blarney Castle

Wonderful time visiting Blarney Castle and Cork. Be sure and kiss the stone, but remember, they lay you down on your back and you are part way looking upside down! A bit scary but worth it. They take photos so you don’t have to! If you’re visiting Ireland, this tour is a must. Read my Ireland 3 day itineary guide.
